- 1 cup (approx 200 grams) full-fat cream cheese (block or spread)
- ½ – 1 tablespoon milk
- If using cream cheese block, bring to room temperature for 1 hour.
- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl or food processor.
- Add milk (½ Tbsp for spread or 1 Tbsp for block).
- Beat on highest speed for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Scrape down sides during mixing as needed.
- Use immediately or store in airtight container in fridge up to 1 week.
Notes
- Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
- Consume within 3–4 days if using fresh garlic.
- Both block and spread cream cheese work well.
- Light texture is due to whipping air into the cheese.
