Deli-style whipped cream cheese with a light, fluffy texture. Ideal for spreading or dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (approx 200 grams) full-fat cream cheese (block or spread)
  • ½1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. If using cream cheese block, bring to room temperature for 1 hour.
  2. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl or food processor.
  3. Add milk (½ Tbsp for spread or 1 Tbsp for block).
  4. Beat on highest speed for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Scrape down sides during mixing as needed.
  6. Use immediately or store in airtight container in fridge up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
  • Consume within 3–4 days if using fresh garlic.
  • Both block and spread cream cheese work well.
  • Light texture is due to whipping air into the cheese.
