These spicy buffalo chicken wraps are packed with flavor and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Tender shredded chicken tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, wrapped in a tortilla with crisp lettuce, creamy ranch, and tangy blue cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice preference)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and melted butter. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20-30 seconds to make them more pliable.
  3. Lay out the warmed tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, placing it in a line down the center.
  4. Top each with shredded lettuce, carrots, red onion, and blue cheese if using.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom, securing the filling inside.
  6. If desired, lightly toast the wraps in a non-stick skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice tolerance. Start with less and add more if needed.
  • Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saver and adds extra flavor to these wraps.
  • For a lower-carb option, use large lettuce leaves instead of tortillas.
  • Let the chicken mixture cool slightly before assembling to prevent soggy tortillas.
  • Don’t overfill the wraps or they’ll be difficult to roll and may tear.
