These keto-friendly bagel bites combine almond flour and Greek yogurt, air-fried to golden perfection. A low-carb, high-protein snack seasoned with everything bagel blend, ideal for breakfast or on-the-go fuel.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Oil spray (e.g., avocado or olive oil), for coating
  • Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 12 tsp chopped herbs (dill, parsley, chives, or green onion) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and optional dry spices.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in optional ingredients like seeds, cheese, or herbs if using.
  5. Shape dough into 10 small balls.
  6. Lightly coat with oil spray.
  7. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Place in air fryer basket, spaced evenly.
  9. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and firm.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in air fryer for 2–3 minutes to regain crispness.
  • Great with cream cheese or dips.
