Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice bagels in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Optional: Spread butter on cut sides if you want it baked in.
  4. Bake for 4–5 minutes, or until tops are golden and edges feel crisp.
  5. For frozen bagels, increase baking time to 5–6 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
