Easy and customizable homemade mini pizza bagels, perfect for a quick snack or party treat.

  • 4 plain bagels, halved (8 pieces total)
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Mini pepperoni slices
  • Pinch of dried basil for each bagel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut bagels in half and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each bagel half.
  4. Top each with 1 ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add mini pepperoni slices on top.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of dried basil.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bagels are crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and serve warm.
