Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl for 45 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Heat more if needed.
  3. Add 1 egg and mix well. Add almond flour and baking powder. Stir to form dough.
  4. Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each into a rope and shape into a bagel. Place on the cookie sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk remaining egg with water. Brush on bagels. Sprinkle with toppings.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
  7. Cool on sheet. Slice and enjoy.
