A soothing mineral-rich drink made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and optional honey and ginger. Perfect warm or over ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • Fresh grated ginger (optional)
 

Instructions

  • Gently heat filtered water in a small saucepan until very warm but not boiling.

  • Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
  • Stir in Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
