Soft, fiber-rich flourless bread perfect for sandwiches. Gluten-free, vegan, grain-free, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, psyllium, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry, knead for 2–3 minutes until dough forms.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Let dough rest 10 minutes.
  5. Line loaf pan with parchment. Press dough in evenly.
  6. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container in fridge up to 5 days.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Optional: Add seeds like sesame or sunflower for texture.
