Easy Copycat Dunkin Stuffed Bagel Minis Recipe

These easy, no-yeast stuffed bagel minis are a perfect breakfast or snack. Cream cheese-filled and coated with everything bagel seasoning, they bake up golden in the oven or air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs (2 for dough, 1 for egg wash)
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, cold, cut into small cubes
  • Everything bagel seasoning (or desired topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Whisk 1 egg and set aside for egg wash.
  4. Microwave mozzarella and 2 oz cream cheese for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir, then microwave 1 more minute.
  5. Add remaining 2 eggs and dry mix to melted cheese. Mix until combined.
  6. Knead dough, wrap in plastic, and chill for 15 minutes.
  7. Roll dough into 24 balls. Stuff each with a cube of cream cheese.
  8. Seal and roll balls. Brush with egg wash and coat with bagel seasoning.
  9. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Notes

  • Wet hands if dough becomes sticky.
  • Store leftovers wrapped and refrigerated up to 3 days.
  • Freeze wrapped tightly, reheat in oven, toaster, or air fryer.
  • Use water instead of egg wash for egg-free option.
  • Dough can be made 3 days ahead and refrigerated.
