Ingredients

  • 1-inch fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, lightly crushed
  • 34 tablespoons Costa Rican honey (or any high-quality honey)
  • 6 cups water
  • Ice cubes for serving cold

Instructions

  2. In a large pot, add water, pineapple chunks, ginger slices, and crushed lemongrass stalks.
