Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, then rinse with cold water to cool completely. Let drain thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.
Pour creamy dressing over pasta mixture. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
