A fresh and flavorful wrap inspired by the classic club sandwich, packed with turkey, bacon, avocado, and crisp vegetables, all held together by a creamy honey lime spread and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Ready in 15 minutes and perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, fresh lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  2. Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15 to 20 seconds per side, or microwave for 10 seconds, until pliable and soft.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a thin, even layer of the creamy spread over the entire surface, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. On one half of the tortilla, layer 2 slices of deli turkey followed by a portion of crumbled bacon.
  5. Add sliced avocado, shredded romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and a small amount of thinly sliced red onion. Do not overfill.
  6. Fold the two sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom, tucking in the fillings as you go with steady pressure.
  7. Slice diagonally in half, secure with a toothpick if needed, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Toss avocado slices in a little lime juice before adding to the wrap to slow browning.
  • Warm tortillas before assembling to make them more pliable and prevent tearing or cracking.
  • Store all components separately and assemble within 24 hours for the freshest result. Assembled wraps can be refrigerated tightly wrapped for up to 1 day.
  • Freezing is not recommended as fresh vegetables and avocado do not thaw well.
