- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Oil spray (avocado or olive oil)
- Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
- Optional: 1 tbsp flax seeds
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Optional: 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1-2 tsp chopped herbs (dill, parsley, chives, or green onion)
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and any desired optional add-ins to form dough.
- Divide dough into 10 equal pieces and shape into balls.
- Spray each ball lightly with oil spray.
- Coat each ball with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Blend.
- Place in an air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 360°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
