Ingredients

  • 1 bagel thin (halved)
  • 2 small eggs
  • 40 g low-fat cheese (grated)
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagel in half and place both halves on the air fryer tray.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto on each slice.
  3. Crack one egg onto one half of each bagel.
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over each half.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  6. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 6 minutes for runny yolk or longer for fully cooked.
